The ExpostFactoForum Foundation is a Wisconsin-registered public benefit corporation with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status in the United States. The bylaws of the Foundation establish ExpostFactoForum.com as a service run for the benefit of its readers and commenters, who create its content.
